*Do not over torque screw terminals/ solder wire tips for secure connections*

  1. Locate factory flasher relay and remove
  2. Determine a mounting location for unit (keep away from heat, water does not affect unit)
  3. Find “key” power (+) also known as “ignition” power (+) from old flasher relay
  4. Connect “key” power (+) wire to Flashy screw terminal pin 1
  5. Find “output” wire from factory flasher relay, wire is the “output” to signal light switch
  6. Connect “output” wire to Flashy screw terminal pin 2
  7. Connect a “ground” (-) wire to Flashy screw terminal pin 3
  8. Turn on bike and turn on signal lights to test functionality
  9. While signal lights are blinking, select flash pattern from Flashy jumper block
  10. Bundle wires and mount unit
 

“Fresh installation”

*Do not over torque screw terminals/ solder wire tips for secure connections*

  1. Locate handlebar signal light switch connection
  2. Determine a mounting location for unit (keep away from heat, water does not affect unit)
  3. Connect Flashy screw terminal pin 1 to “key” power (+) also known as “ignition” power (+)
  4. Locate the handlebar signal light switch “common” wire
  5. Connect “switch common” wire to Flashy screw terminal pin 2
  6. Connect a “ground” (-) wire to Flashy screw terminal pin 3
  7. Turn on bike and turn on signal lights to test functionality
  8. While signal lights are blinking, select flash pattern from Flashy jumper block
  9. Bundle wires and mount unit
