Install time is rated: 4 beers

*Do not over torque / tighten screw terminals*

  1. Start with Main unit connections (under seat back of bike is a good spot)
  2. Connect “key” power also known as “ignition” power to Main Unit screw terminal pin 1
  3. Connect “ground” to Main Unit screw terminal pin 2
  4. Connect rear brake switch to Main Unit screw terminal pin 3
    ** (-) switch in, one side of brake switch wire to “ground” other side to Main Unit **
  5. Connect neutral switch from engine to Main Unit screw terminal pin 4
  6. Connect rear right signal light (+) to Main Unit screw terminal pin 5
  7. Connect rear left signal light (+) to Main Unit screw terminal pin 6
  8. Connect rear tail light (+) to Main Unit screw terminal pin 7
  9. Connect brake light (+) to Main Unit screw terminal pin 8
  10. Connect starter solenoid (+) to Main Unit screw terminal pin 9
  11. Find a good place for Slave Unit (headlight bucket front of bike is a good spot)
  12. Data1 from Main Unit screw terminal pin 10 connect to Slave Unit Data1 pin3 (5pin connector)
  13. Data2 from Main Unit screw terminal pin 11 connect to Slave Unit Data2 pin4 (5pin connector)
  14. Data3 from Main Unit screw terminal pin 12 connect to Slave Unit Data3 pin5 (5pin connector)
  15. Slave Unit hookup
  16. Select signal light and headlight switch type by placing jumpers to proper positions
  17. Connect “key” power also known as “ignition” power to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 1 (5pin connector)
  18. Connect “ground” to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 2 (5pin connector)
  19. Data1, Data2, Data3 should be done already
  20. Connect right signal switch to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 1  (13pin connector)
    ** (-) switch in, one side of switch to “ground” other side to Slave Unit **
  21. Connect left signal switch to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 2  (13pin connector)
    ** (-) switch in, one side of switch to “ground” other side to Slave Unit **
  22. Connect headlight lo switch to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 3  (13pin connector)
    ** (-) switch in, one side of switch to “ground” other side to Slave Unit **
    **if no headlight lo switch, put jumper H/L to latch position and “ground” pin 3**
  23. Connect headlight hi switch to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 4  (13pin connector)
    ** (-) switch in, one side of switch to “ground” other side to Slave Unit **
  24. Connect horn switch to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 5  (13pin connector)
    ** (-) switch in, one side of switch to “ground” other side to Slave Unit **
  25. Connect front brake switch to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 6  (13pin connector)
    ** (-) switch in, one side of switch to “ground” other side to Slave Unit **
  26. Connect starter switch to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 7  (13pin connector)
    ** (-) switch in, one side of switch to “ground” other side to Slave Unit **
  27. Connect front right signal light (+) to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 8  (13pin connector)
  28. Connect front left signal light (+) to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 9  (13pin connector)
  29. Connect headlight lo (+) to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 10  (13pin connector)
  30. Connect headlight hi (+) to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 11  (13pin connector)
  31. Connect horn (+) to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 12  (13pin connector)
  32. Connect neutral light (+) to Slave Unit screw terminal pin 13  (13pin connector)
  33. Turn bike on, start it, test all functionality
  34. Get drunk, you are so done.
